Agile Lean P2P April 26 – Making Your Organizational Progress and Agile Transition Visible

April 17, 2011

What?: Making Your Organizational Progress and Agile Transition Visible

In a multi-team, complex environment it can be difficult for management to see enough relevant data to make strategic decisions. In this session you will see a real-world example of how a medium-sized organization transitioned to Agile and how data was made visible from Agile transformation actives through to team progress, release status, support and engineering initiatives. Jason will talk about how these dashboards were used to gather data about what was really going on across the engineering group as well as the types of conversations and other initiatives that were derived from the data made visible.

When? Tuesday April 26th, 2011 from 4:30p.m. to 6:00p.m. EST
