Waterloo Agile Lean Oct 22nd P2P – Who’s Got The Ball? Introducing The Generative Partnership Model for Dynamic Leadership & Followership

What?: Adoption of agile development is a game-changer. It requires different ways for teams to work together – people must be as agile with their interpersonal skills as with their development methodology for successful agile projects.

In this session, Dr. Marc and Samantha Hurwitz of FliPskills will introduce The Generative Partnership Model®, a radical new approach to leadership, followership and building workplace partnerships. Through facilitation based on your work experience, we will diagnose situations, generate new insights, and discuss actions that you can take for those interpersonal challenges you face working in an agile environment.

Samantha is Chief Encouragement Officer of FliPskills and brings heaps of practical business experience leading, developing and coaching people and teams in Finance, IT and HR.
